Fitness and Nutrition for the Kayak or Canoe Endurance Athlete
Here are a few articles I've written for this website.  I will
continue to include articles covering other topics related to
training for endurance, body composition and weight loss,
overtraining syndrome, etc.  These are relatively in-depth
articles written for the kayaker or canoeist (athlete or
otherwise) most interested in sport nutrition and physiology,
but who also wants some practical information to take with
